Strippit / LVD Turret Punch
"WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY A GAME?"
That line from the movie Wargames makes us chuckle. Working on 1980’s vintage CNC equipment is a blast from the past. There are still many of these machines still thumping out punched sheets of steel, some 30 or more years old.
The main issue with older Strippit Turret Punches is that there is a huge variation of the type and manufacturer of the ball screws used. This lack of standardization is one of the reasons why Ballscrew Guys pricing on this equipment is slightly more than that of the Amada Turret Punches.
